Bio
Masami Kubo is a Brooklyn-based artist and designer. Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, she later studied fine art at The Cooper Union in NYC. Her work as an artist ranges from performance, installation, VR/AR, and writing. She has shown in NYC, SF, Berlin, and Glasgow. Her design expertise ranges from branding, art direction, web, and product design. Her clients range from tech/developer-focused brands, fashion, travel, and lifestyle. She got her start by creating sell-out designs for streetwear brands such as Mishka in NYC, then worked as Creative Director at DigitalOcean and Journy. She now works as a Product Design Lead at Hopper.
